Processing Time

Custom orders typically require 7-14 business days for production, depending on the complexity of your design and order quantity. Rush orders may be available for an additional fee.

You will receive a confirmation email with estimated production and shipping times when your order is placed.

International Shipping

We currently ship to Canada and select international destinations. International shipping costs and delivery times vary by location.

Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes that may apply.

Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy

Due to the custom nature of our products, we have a limited return policy. Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • Manufacturing defects or errors on our part
  • Incorrect items shipped
  • Damaged items during shipping
  • Items that don't match the approved proof (our error)

Custom printed items cannot be returned for reasons of personal preference, incorrect sizing choices, or design changes after approval.

How to Return Items

  1. Contact our customer service team within 30 days of delivery
  2. Provide your order number and photos of the issue (if applicable)
  3. Receive a return authorization number and instructions
  4. Package items securely and ship to our returns center
  5. Refund or replacement will be processed within 5-7 business days

Exchanges

Size exchanges may be available for stock items (non-custom) within 30 days of delivery, provided items are unworn and in original condition.

Custom printed items cannot be exchanged for different sizes. Please carefully review our size charts before placing your order.

Order Issues

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us immediately with photos and your order number. We'll resolve the issue quickly.

Wrong Items Shipped

If you receive incorrect items, we'll arrange for the return of wrong items and expedite shipping of the correct items at no additional cost.
